Donate a card sample
Many card types (driving licences, RC, ration cards, health cards and others) are marked Sample needed because we do not have a sample to test with. If you can share one, it would be greatly appreciated and lets us add that card for everyone.
- Send the original PDF as downloaded from the official portal, if you have it.
- Blur or cover the name, numbers, photo, QR code and address. We only need the layout.
- Mention the card name and state in your email, for example "DL (Rajasthan)".
Report a problem
Tell us which tool you used, what you expected, and what happened instead. The paper size, layout and browser you used help us find the problem quickly. A screenshot is welcome, with personal details hidden.
Before you write
We are an independent service and cannot help with applying for, correcting or reissuing government documents. For those, please contact UIDAI, NSDL/UTIITSL, the Election Commission or the issuing department directly.
